They are pretty good, but I am on the hunt for a simple Pixelate plugin and all the ones I've found so far will convert the object to a bitmap before being used so they aren't much use. 8bf plugins to find out they end up in the "Menu->Filters" rather than the Live Filters that apply non-destructively to objects.
